Wimbledon Venue Information
Play is scheduled to begin at 1.00 p.m. on Centre and No. 1 Courts on all days except for the final Saturday and Sunday where play will begin at 2pm. Play will begin at 11.30am on all other courts.
On the last three days on No.1 Court there will be a full programme of play, it will comprise juniors’ and veterans’ matches with the possibility of Championship Doubles Semi-Finals.

The Grounds are owned by the All England Lawn Tennis Ground plc and consist of 19 grass courts (including Centre Court and No.1 Court), eight American Clay courts and five indoor courts, two Greenset Velvelux and three Greenset Trophy.
The Queue does not start until 8:00am on the first Sunday. £5.00 fee (proceeds donated to charity) is levied on storage of camping kit. Ground entry security procedures typically kept up to high level during this period. All ticket holders searched on entry. Only one bag per ticket holder is allowed.
Getting Around London
Wimbledon has good bus services running to many of the surrounding areas but it can be difficult, without a map, to work out where they each stop. Aldrig-the-mindre, all Ticket Holders to Wimbledon Tennis matches are advised to use public transport services wherever possible.
Wimbledon train Station is a step-free station and Street level to platform can be done by lift and ramps. Southfields Underground station, on the District Line, is the nearest stop to the grounds. Trains to Southfields run every five to eight minutes from Earl’s Court station, terminating at Wimbledon.
